Projects

Bria Brooks is a Public Archaeologist with the Florida Public Archaeology Network. She holds a Master of Arts in Anthropology from the University of West Florida and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from The University of Memphis. Bria’s research interests include coastal and underwater archaeology, Marronage, African diaspora studies, and the history of slavery in the western hemispheres.
