Destination Archaeology Resource Center is closed for winter break (December 14, 2023 through January 12, 2025). We will reopen for the Spring semester.
This presentation will provide an overview of African American archaeology, examining its development and significant findings. We will discuss how this field uncovers the rich histories of African Americans, from pre-colonial times to the present.
