This four-day bootcamp in partnership with the Bureau of Land Management provides its participants with experience in excavation, artifact analysis, remote sensing technology like laser scanning and ground-penetrating radar (GPR), and educational talks about careers in archaeology and the history of the Jupiter Inlet!
ArchaeoBootcamp allows students to try their hand at a career in archaeology without the cost of a field school (it does not provide the same credentials as our RPA-accredited field school at the Jupiter Lighthouse ONA).
While students are responsible for housing and transportation this year, the program itself is free.
