Chuck Meide, Director of LAMP In 2009, the Lighthouse Archaeological Maritime Program (LAMP) discovered the remains of a colonial era shipwreck in the waters off St. Augustine and has since recovered a wide range of artifacts. This presentation will recount the discovery and excavation of the wreck, showcase the many well-preserved artifacts recovered, and discuss what we have learned about the Loyalists whose lives were dramatically and forever changed by the American Revolution.
